About this tool
Need two copies of the same invoice page back to back, or a signature page repeated after every section? This tool duplicates exactly the pages you specify — each copy is inserted immediately after its original — and hands back a single PDF with everything else untouched and in its original order. Drop in a file, type which pages to duplicate using page numbers and ranges (e.g. "2,4,7-9"), optionally choose how many copies of each to insert, and download the result — nothing is uploaded, the whole thing runs in your browser.
Page numbers always refer to the document's original layout, so "duplicate 2,4" always means the 2nd and 4th pages of the file you uploaded. If you ask for more than one copy each, every extra copy is inserted right after the page before it, so duplicating page 2 with 2 copies produces page 2, its first copy, and its second copy, all in a row, before the rest of the document continues as normal.
Frequently asked questions
Does the duplicate keep any form fields or annotations from the original?
The page's visible content, text and images are duplicated faithfully. Interactive elements like form fields, links or comment annotations may or may not carry over cleanly depending on the source PDF's structure — if your page relies heavily on interactive elements, check the duplicated result carefully before relying on it.
Can I duplicate the same page more than once in different places?
Not in a single run of this tool — each pass inserts all copies immediately after their original page, not at arbitrary scattered positions. If you need copies of the same page in several different, non-adjacent spots in the document, run the tool once to place all the copies together after the original, then use the PDF Page Remover or a page-reordering workflow to move individual copies to their final positions.
